build 20050126-0801

-start IDE
-add appserver on localhost
-add appserver on different machine
-create j2ee application
-for created application select appserver another then default
-register Datasource from j2ee application

This issue was caused because the resource registration was picking up
the default server in the runtime tab. With the latest changes in the
IDE, there is no default server. The resource registration now always
uses the server that is selected for it's project. 

This was resolved as a result of fix for Issue 54559.
