[build 200501251900]

1. start IDE, set up AS, restart IDE
2. enable HTTP monitor on AS (AS context menu |
properties), start AS
3. go to AS context menu | properties

=> checkbox "Enable HTTP monitor" is unchecked,
monitor is not running

and what is  the real status when you run an app?
Do you see the http monitor?

Internal HTTP server is running, but HTTP monitor window remains
closed and when you open it, you see no traffic there (while browsing,
of course)
