I'm not sure if there's a plan to support AS8.1
SE/EE. If not, we should add "PE" to the end of
"Sun Java System Application Server 8" to help
make this more clear as it's currently not
possible to register AS8.1 SE/EE (I believe the
server's certificate requirements are the primary
problem).

This is now working if the start server is not asking for the master
password.
We do not want to be specific between se/ee/pe.
as a side note there is no support for SE/EE in nb4.1 because of
complete lack of QE and doc.
Maybe later...after 4.1
