* the dialog is titled "Customizer Dialog", should be "Properties"
* no spacing around the tab component
* no spacing between the labels and text fields
* no spacing between the text field and tabbed pane
* there should be no inline error messages in the properties 
dialog (nor in the server manager).

The user needs feedback about restarting the server to change the
state of http monitoring.

Changes to address this are in the plugin repository. Ludo will update
the bits today.  When he updates the plugin bits on netbeans.org, he
will close mark this issue as fixed.
