[Build 20050208]
In Runtime tab is inconsistency in tooltips for
nodes representing servers instance.
We are using these tooltips:
 Sun App server:  Node representing J2EE
Administration Server
 Tomcat: http://localhost:8084/

Both are incorrect according to the UI spec.

It should contain URL as Tomcat has + server status would be good. Otherwise we
break a11y of checking server status.

As of today, we also show the url, as the tomcat server.
So there is no inconsistency anymore.
For the server status, tomcat does not show it.
