Open visual editor for following files, make some
change and they are not marked as modified (by
asterisk).

Web Application:
 web.xml
 context.xml

EJB Module:
 sun-ejb-jar.xml

Enterprise Application:
 sun-application.xml

j2eeserver is handling servers config files...

See the issue 55082 (for web.xml) - it has already been fixed.
The asterix is added only after the focus is lost in text fields.
(The XML/multiview functionality was designed in this way)
Since then, thare is no bug in XML/multiview editors.

Additional editors (context.xml, sun-application.xml) are implemented
in j2eeserver.

Stepan was recently making some changes in this area - is not this fixed by now?
