Exiting nb causing both appserver and pointbase
stop. Restart nb requires restart appserver and
pointbase. It is not user friendly to do this.

the opposite beahviour was found also confusing in Studio.
So no way to please everybody.
The current spec is whatever is started by nb should be stopped by nb
when nb stops.
