When changing sun-cmp-mappings.xml through
graphical view and click save, the
sun-cmp-mappings.xml on disk is changed, the
sun-cmp-mappings.xml graphical view is also okay.
But the sun-cmp-mappings.xml text in ide is not
changed. The timestamp for sun-cmp-mappings.xml is
 also changed.

For example, add secondary table,
sun-cmp-mappings.xml text and graphical display is
not matching. The graphical display is correct but
sun-cmp-mappings.xml does not contains secondary
table information. restart netbeans,
sun-cmp-mappings.xml looks okay.

Setting the TM to 4.1.

It seems that this issue is caused by the issue 55246.

Closing as fixed since the issue that this one depended on is 
already fixed.
