Build 200502202100

1) Have WebApp project
2) Open project's Properties
3) Go to Build|Compiling
4) Press Alt
5) ERROR:
No visible mnemonics for all 3 checkboxes.

Notice:
- Although they work fine when presing Alt+T/G/A.
- Additional Compiler Options has visible mnemonic.

BTW: All mnemonics are visible in Java project.

Similar problem in Java project in Libaries panel has been fixed - see
issue 54260.

BTW a11y testing tool report all these problems as "Missing mnemonic"
- was the java fix of issue 54263 really applied to web projects?

Same problem in Customizer - Build | Packaging:
  "Compress WAR file" checkbox.
