Fixed in beta branch.
1.Check of spaces in installation location is performed on all platforms.
2.On Win default installation location does not contain spaces it is
"C:\netbeans-4.1beta".

Issue has been verified with AS+NB build 200504101930 under Windows XP SP2 and
JDK1.5.0_02
