1. Go to Tools -> Server Manager
2. Click Add Server...
3. You will see Tomcat 5 as the first choice.
Since Tomcat is already a part of the IDE, this is
probably not the most common use case. Usually,
the user will want to add Sun Appserver. Thus, Sun
Appserver should be selected by default.

server names are sorted alphabetically
