Description Rochelle Raccah 2005-03-04 00:02:30 UTC
Create a new EJB Module project. After doing so,
the Source Packages node is expanded and the
<default package> node is selected. I thought the
point is to steer users to the logical Enterprise
JavaBeans node and away from Source Packages for
common actions. If that is the case, the fact
that Source Packages is expanded seems wrong.

Also, in an empty project, all that is there so
far is the default package, but this is also not
recommended, and this behavior calls a lot of
attention to it.

This is already being worked on, see issue #54395. The planned
behavior is to expand only the project node (i.e., expand only to the
first level) and select it.

If you have any comments, please post them to issue #54395.
