Open the project file or properties file in
editor, open project properties and edit them,
close the dialog. The files are modified and if
unchanged could be simply reloaded w/o asking.

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. 
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen.
