There is no chance to remove old unused ability in Netbeans 4.1 beta 1. This
feature is realy needed.

The Add Ability list is constructed as a history of used abilities colected from
all known projects and kept during the IDE session only.
May be this design is not well understandable and it should be changed -
probably to a directly editable combo box.
Currently any remove from this list does not have bigger sense if the ability is
still used in some project and will return to the list next time the list is
invoked.
The other planned source for the abilities list are installed emulator platforms
(collected information, optional packages, etc...).

The UI of Abilities customization has completely changed.
Now all the collected abilities are proposed just in editable combo box - so
there is no need to explicitly add them nor remove.
