The Threads window displays a text and button to enable threads profiling if 
profiling is disabled - the UI of this could be a bit polished to use Tahoma, 
gray font a better layout. 

Also suggest to open the Threads (Timeline) tab when the button is clicked - 
the participants in the usability study bumped into this several times, 
clicking on the "Enable Threads Profiling" button on the details tab and 
wandering what is going on. Alternatively, the Threads (Details) tab could only 
be displayed if threads profiling is enabled.

Fixed for M7.

Threads (Details) tab is now disabled when threads monitoring is off.
