1) hide "Inspector" view (Ctrl-Backspace) 2) In Explorer open new java class with Form 3) Inspector popup up which is IMHO wrong. The same happens when some document tab containing form is activated (e.g. switch from normal java file). When user hides the window it shouldn't popup automatically. It's annoying since it cover your (e.g.) explorer or whatever. So you must always e.g. click somewhere to hide it again after opening or activating form node.
It seems to be a window system issue - the hidden sliding window is exposed when a TopComponentGroup is opened.
