in Runtime window, Sun Java System Application Server node [App server is running]:
right-clicking on a node and selecting refresh from the contextual item [eg on
Applications node] opens an Information window. The window is empty except for
an I in a speech bubble and an OK button

Root cause was the same a issue 56396. This has been fixed now. Marking as
duplicate.
