There should be a gui for generating a branding module.  Include fields for:

application name

short name: used for branding ID and launcher filename

splash screen: load image on the screen and allow user to place progress bar,
set progress bar and text color

The wizard should generate a module project with a branding for core and
core-windows, as well as linux launcher script and windows launcher exe file.

It would be a very good thing to not ask platform users to hunt through bundles
and pore over the source to ide/launcher in order to do a "simple" branding module.

I have no plans to work on it, but maybe someone else will.

Finished from my point of view. There is naturally much more to brand but seems
to me that scope of current implementation is consistent with this issue. 

Not implemented as wizard but properties dialog is used for basic branding.
