Steps to reproduce:
- Stop App Server 8.1
- Make this server non-startable by IDE (for example, rename bin/asadmin.bat)
- Try to Run Web Application project
- It fails to start server and displays the following message: "Deployment Error: Failed to start server localhost:5050. See the messages.log file for details."

In fact, this file (messages.log) doesn't exist. See attached screenshot for details.
