In the Threads (Timeline) the button for enabling threads monitoring is 
disabled during profiling session. This happens when Threads (Timeline) or 
Threads (Details) tab is displayed after profiling session has started. On next 
profiling session, everything works fine.

Fixed for M7.

Temporary workaround is to open Threads tabs prior to starting first profiling 
session (using the Threads button in control panel).
