There should by possibility to simply edit Global Filter value from Customize 
Filter Sets dialog - for example open Edit Global Filters dialog when 
doubleclicking on Global Filter in Customize Filter Sets dialog.

Fixed for M7.

When doubleclicked filter value column in Customize Filter Sets dialog, Edit 
Global Filters dialog is opened for editing that value.
