For consistency with other windows like Find Usages, and simply for usability
and easy KB access, the Search Results window should bind jumpNext and jumpPrev
in its ActionMap.

Not marking A11Y since you can already use C-S-0 plus arrow keys to get to
search hits, though it's slower.
