The graphs in the large Telemetry window occupy all the space in the window, 
which in most cases is unnecessarily large. We should use portion of the space 
to provide ever present data about max/min, current values, etc. (part of this 
is currently displayed in the tooltip).

Resolved by more descriptive tooltips in new charts.
