Description:

GUI editor of context.xml configuration file does not provide VCS actions. User
must use tree node to do any versioning.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Register CVS working directory in "Versioning|Versioning Manager".
2. Create new sample web application project in that directory.
3. "Open" context.xml node.
4. Right click its editor tab but there will be no VCS item in the popup menu.

-> WONTFIX, since the context.xml gui editor has been removed
