The size of Server Status dialog is too small to display the buttons on Mac OS X
and Linux.

Moving to j2eeserver. This issue may became WONTFIX issue soon, since there are
plans to migrate to the general progress indication dialog. No hurry with this one.

Closing as WONTFIX, since the progress dialog has been replaced by the new
global progress indication.
