In the Option window, expand [IDE Configuration] > [System] > [Modules] > [Web]
and click [J2EE Server Ant Tasks]. At this point, 'TBD' in the Long Description
property is displayed.

j2eeserver/ant/src/org/netbeans/modules/j2ee/ant/Bundle.properties
OpenIDE-Module-Long-Description=TBD

The OpenIDE-Module-Long-Description should be used in the info.xml in the nbm,
so it needs to have the message string.
