run IDE.
Switch to Runtime tab.
Select Servers->Sun Java Application Server node. (Add server to servers list if
it is not added)
Select context menu for Server and select Properties command.
Toggle "Enable HTTP Monitor" checkbox.

After that size of Tab control changes.

What is "that size of Tab Control" ?

I see...
Maybe the new space is because at one point of time, the plugin was emitting a
message that the server needed to be restarted...
What happen if you expand the size of the dialog? do you see a message?

I expand the dialog window but I does not see any message. I also look at this
dialog components using Jemmy Component Generator tool, but there are no
appropriate control to show server message.
