1)Install Websphere plugin to Netbeans
2)Add Websphere server
3)Try to run it
ERROR: 
Server normally runs,but then continues by running next server and vice versa -
it's multipliing uncontrollably.Each has its own Server status window and even
in Task manager you must be quick to stop it.

This should be fixed now. I added additional checks that will filter out
excessive calls to start the server.
