Description ehucka 2005-05-20 13:58:35 UTC
M6, Linux

When I try to detach profiler from profiled remote application I use the
Profiler | Detach... action but nothing's happend. After I invoke Attache action
profiler ask me if I want to detach attached profiler first.

I confirm this bug. (M6, Linux, Windows). It has been reported before as GUI
error and the current workaround is to start a new profiling session.

Tested on M7 post RC1, Windows / Linux / Solaris, everything works OK. Fixed in
M6v3 or during M7 stabilization.

I saw it again. I tried to attach to a remote application on a machine where was
not calibrated JDK. There was an error dialog about the calibration.
So I pressed Detach control button, it was disabled after this. Then I go to
Profiler menu but there was enabled Detach action, I invoked it and start new
profiling. There appeared a question dialog if I want to detach application first.

Similar behavior occurs also when attaching localy and calibration data are
missing or corrupted.

Fixed for M8.
