Help calls are not working for JBoss server plugin registration panels and
server plugin property sheet.

- Add Server > Select JBoss and click Next > At server location panel, click Help.
Result: the last topic that was accessed in the help is shown in the help
viewer, not the topic that is supposed to come up. Map ID for correct topic is:
j2eeplugins_registering_app_server_jboss

- When server is added, select the server instance in the Runtime window,
right-click and choose Properties > In Properties dialog box, click Help.

What does it mean CLOSED? Have you verified the fix? If yes, then it should be
VERIFIED. If not, it should stay definitelly as FIXED.

I was asked to verify this fix. Tested in JSE build 050823_19 and fix is good.
Both help calls are now working.
