Steps to reproduce:
- Add WebLogic Server
- Try to Start/Stop it, to Deploy an application
- RESULT: Progress Monitor window is shown. It has label above the progress bar which indicates currently performed task. This label vanishes several times during such actions as Start/Stop, Deploy and others. Compare with App Server or Web Server where it doesn't vanish.

fixed in trunk - after Sherold replaced progress dialog with the progress bar
there are no labels to be vanishing.
