Build 200505311800

I tried open WebProject context menu in Projects window. NetBeans stopped
refreshing and consumed 100% of CPU.

It happend only once.

Reproducible steps:
1) Open IDE with clean userdir
2) Create new WebApp
3) Wait for background scanning finish
4) Open project's Properties
5) OK
6) Open project's Properties again
7) OK
8) 100% CPU usage without IDE redrawing
