The timeout ran out in the j2eeserver, deployment failure was therefore
reported. Despite of this fact the appserver plugin probably continued in the
deployment and completed successfully. It is not clear from the progress monitor
what is the real result of the deployment process.

It should be investigated whether this is a j2eeserver or plugin issue.

I was not able to reproduce this, probably fixed when moved to common progress ui.
