Need to refer to JBoss app server as "JBoss Application Server 4.0" throughout
the UI.
1. Setup Wizard > Module Installation > Expand Modules > J2EE > JBoss
Application Server 4.0: in Description field, change "JBoss 4 Application
Server" to "JBoss Application Server 4.0"
2. Add Server Instance > Step 2 (Server location): remove the line above the
installation location field (Enter the directory ...). It is not needed.

Verified fix in JSE build 050823_19. Everything is correct.
