Steps to reproduce:
- Remove execution permissions from jboss' installation
- Try to start jboss server from IDE. Server Status window is shown, but no progress will be shown, until the timeout error will be shown. This is not user friendly.
- Compare to Tomcat. It displays a message that notice user to check catalina.sh file permissions.

Verified with Buzz EA RC2 on Solaris 9/x86
