Steps to reproduce:
- Add JBoss server minimal config instance
- Start it using IDE
- Try to stop it
- RESULT: Stop will fail. Since it is a standard behaviour for such configuration the plugin should show the appropriate message.

Fixed in trunk, Stop action will fail immediately and display a message.
