If the modified JVM is installed, the profiler could just silently use it as 
the profiling Java platform instead of the project's platform, if the project 
uses 1.4.2.

this could be a check box in Global Settings panel (disabled if the modified VM 
is not installed, or just hidden in that case)

Will not implement, we are going to stop using the modified JDK, no need to 
implement extra UI for it.
