Steps to reproduce:
- Add JBoss server all config instance
- Start it using IDE
- Try to stop it
- RESULT: Stop will fail. It seems that user needs to shutdown the machine or to
shutdown some java process in order to stop all config. Other standrard
configurations such as default and minimal can't be started until the all is
stopped.

NOTICE: First server status correctly changes to running,but when you invoke
Start/Stop server window,there's only Start server buttons enabled,not Stop
server.When you try to refresh on server node in Runtime tab,server status
changes  to stopped.
