Custom build 050628, jdk1.5.0_03
There are possibilities to place a component either form or white (other
components) area. If user places a component to the form area they can you D&D
ability to move component to other (white) area, BUT there is no way to get one
back!

This issue was probably related to non-visual tray. Non-visual tray
is no longer in the daily build => marking as fixed.
