Open IDE.
Open help system.
Select "IDE Basics->Working with Projects->Standart Projects->About Standard
Projects" topic.
From bottom of topic click on "Customizing the Ant Build Script" link. Link goes
to "Creating Dependencies Between Projects" topic instead of expected.
