Steps to reproduce:
- Add Server
- Start it
- Try to Stop it
- RESULT: Server Status dialog is greyed, but progress bar activity doesn't start. No action is performed. See attached screenshot.

This issue seems to be gone. Checked with JSE 8.1 (2006.05.31).

Not reproducible with JSE 8.1 (2006.09.06 on WinXP)
