Steps to reproduce
- Add WebSphere server
- Try to start it
- Uncheck "Automatically close the window when finished".
- Wait until server starting is finished
- RESULT: Progress bar is not on 100% sometimes. See attached screenshot. This issue is not 100% reproducible. It is reproducible from time to time.

Not really a defect, the server can be started and is working properly. ->ENCH

Status Bar shows the percentage of the work that is done. If the server is started then the status bar should show 100%. Hence it is a defect.

Since the progress bar has been changed to an indeterminate one, the issue is
not valid.
