[dev build #200507131800]
The module dependencies couldn't be satisfied for org.netbeans.modules.j2ee
Steps to reproduce:
1.Run IDE with clear userdir
2.Start Update Center wizard (Tools|Update Center)
3.Set proxy and press Next> button of the wizard
4.Try to add all modules to the right by ">>" button between panels
5.The error dialog with the dependency problem apppears - see attached screenshot

Why is this a bug that the Update center tells you that some modules cannot be
downloaded because the version is not good for the rest of the IDE?

This is a warning message and it works correctly: one of the module you are
trying to download from AU is not ready at this time.

Which update center did you use? All of them? FCS, beta,...?

I use the last daily build now (#200508161800) and want to install "J2EE | Sun
Java System Application Server 8.1" from Development Update Center. The error I
got is attached as screenshot.

I think that SJSAS 8.1 should not be part of development UC since it is part of
daily build.
Comment 6 Jaromir Uhrik 2005-08-17 10:34:56 UTC
CC-ing Robert. He should probably remove it from update center.

I do not see the as8.1 plugin from AU in the current build...
