If the working dir is specified, the appltviewer is not able to find generated 
applet security policy file, and many operations (such as creating threads, 
etc.) will fail with security exception.

This issue is also present in noremal applet execution.

Fixed in M8.
The appletviewer is started with absolute path to the generated polivy file. 
The policy file is generated into the build folder (together with the generated 
HTML file), or copied here from the project root (which seems to be a location 
assumed by J2SE project to be standard place to look for it).
