When the Taking Snapshot action in Global Settings dialog is set to Open and 
Save New Snapshot, the Save Snapshot to Project action in Snapshot window is 
incorrectly enabled when snapshot is taken & saved. When pressing the Save 
button in toolbar, error dialog "Cannot create file..." displays.
