Visual editor of sun-ejb-jar.xml is missing in EJB module. When opening this file, only XML editor appears.

I doubt this is an issue still.  Peter has done a bunch of work here, so I am
assigning to him to verify the current status.

The config UI has been migrated over the the new j2eeserver api.  If there are
situations where this bug occurs please file a new bug with the specific
situation where it happened (project type, file locations, etc.)
