Talley, could you look at these. The glossary entries don't necessarily need
.jhm entries (unless we are indexing them), but some of the others probably do.
If they are in the help set and don't have map entries, that probably means that
the topics themselves are obsolete, because they don't appear anywhere in the TOC

Marking as wontfix. There is no particular need to have these files reflected 
in the map file.
