Found in nb42dev build 200508071800

1. start nb
2. run server manager
3. add the Sun App Server
=> the error message appeared and the app server isn't added

second attempt is successful but i can't expand app server node in runtime tab
after starting of the server

I can see this was tested on linux.
Looks like a duplicate of issue 61823.
