NB 4.2 dev build 20050815
JDK 1.5.0_04

Componets are automaticaly moved to the side if they are placed or moved in
specific location in the form. 

Steps to reproduce:
1) open attached form
2) try add JButton to the area marked in screenshot
-> button is always moved to another position

Cannot reproduce in the build 050609.
