Found in nb41+as bundle latest fcs build

1. Install the asbundle in jdk1.6
2. Run the netbeans
3. Execute the server manager

=> there is no App Server enabled (also in runtime tab)

I tried to install it also on jdk1.5 and there is everything allright

This might be due because of an installer bug for AS 9 (could apply to AS 8, not
sure)

watch: future means that the issus is mainly in 1.6 which is still cooking, and
will be be ready when NetBeans 5.0 ships

For actual nb5.0+as bundle build (200510122200) it's ok. It works for me.
